On the 15th of June 2022, Aventido hosted a webinar entitled “Embracing Neurodiversity In The Workplace.” The aim of the webinar was to explore ways in which workplaces could develop an environment that unlocks neurodiverse strengths.
To do this, we explored three related perspectives:
1. The impact of effective inclusion on business performance from the perspective of a chartered occupational psychologist.
2. The impact of getting what one needs to be at their best from the perspective of someone who is neurodiverse who uses assistive technology to unlock their business potential.
3. The thinking behind designing software to meet the cognitive needs of users with neurodiversity within the workplace.
